Red, White & Blue

I love long weekends and holidays, because it normally means my baby brother will come home from school to spend it with family. Every time he’s home, I either cook for him, or take him out to eat to coax him into coming home more often, so this Memorial Day weekend – I’ll be making these for breakfast one morning. Red velvet pancakes, topped with white chocolate & cream cheese syrup, and fresh blueberries from this recipe.
